Service Ecosystem

Ecosystem

We work to create an ecosystem that embodies the momentum of the constituents that plays a critical role in shaping each other’s experience. We primarily work with community partners to help foster and cultivate the experience for each constituent to better understand the interconnectedness of each other’s role within our Service Ecosystem.

Our constituents include programs, Service Fellows, and Stockton residents.

We seek to mobilize people to take meaningful action in Stockton that can stop and reverse the impacts of climate change.

Partner Capacity Building

We aim to support our partners by providing differentiated services that broaden the capacity and sustainability of their programmatic work overall.

Impactful Participant Journey

We are dedicated to fostering meaningful experiences for all participants. We intentionally create spaces where participants can reflect on their experiences, empowering individuals to understand their impact and drive positive change in our community.

Alumni Community Building

We mobilize our local Service Alumni to continue community transformation beyond their service term. We cultivate a thriving intergenerational network that supports each other, local initiatives, and service.

Workforce Development & Matching

 We collaborate with local institutions, businesses, government, and organizations to help increase pathways from service to career, while increasing the workforce development skills of our Fellows, Alumni, & volunteers.

Civic Empowerment

We empower our participants to understand Stockton’s civic ecosystem, fostering informed engagement. By connecting people to resources and networks, we strengthen civic participation and community impact.
